- Each crane is equipped with an independent PLC for individual control of the crane.
- Control all actions of the grab crane, such as material transfer, loading, and mixing, in the control room.
- The electrical control adopts a system of “PLC+touch screen+variable frequency speed regulation device” to achieve comprehensive monitoring, control and high-precision speed regulation functions of the whole machine.
- All mechanisms of the crane are equipped with digital frequency conversion speed control devices, and the whole machine is controlled by PLC, which can achieve manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic operation.
- It has real-time dynamic measurement of materials, crane fault diagnosis and alarm, and remote fault diagnosis functions.
